"IGNORE PUBLIC OPINION THAT ISN'T USED TO THE IDEA OF AN ACTIVE LIFE AFTER 55, AND BEGIN WRITING YOUR OWN STORY."
The advantage of being a consultant is seeing many different career paths and recurring patterns. Collaborating with proactive, dynamic individuals who are leaders in their respective fields, offers a unique opportunity to predict future trends. I thrive on helping these individuals in pushing their boundaries, venturing beyond the conventional, and changing their lives for the better by tapping into their creative and professional potential.
I offer executive leadership coaching only. My work addresses specific challenges including issues related to high levels of responsibility, managing people and complex relationships both within and outside the organizations where these individuals are employed, as well as career development, work-life balance, etc. At the moment, I am able to take on no more than one new coachee per month.
And to some extent, in the indispensability of coaching as a resource for self-development. In my book ‘Careers Unchained’, I emphasize the importance of working with a coach to achieve your goals in a more conscious and defined way. I've long known that I wanted to be a coach—when I would be ready for this role following training and certification as an international coach. Of course, while working as a headhunter, I often conducted informal "career coaching" sessions with candidates. This was invaluable experience, though not enough for comprehensive coaching practice. And now I have finally matured for the role and became certified—and started my practice. As such, it’s time to share my approach to coaching and some technical aspects. Coaching is versatile, allowing freedom to employ various methods. I am a proponent of coactive coaching, a method where the coach not only aids coachees in addressing their issues by tapping into their potential but also actively participates in the process. An essential principle of this coaching style is the coach’s continuous commitment to their own development.

You will discover that career choice is truly possible, regardless of starting conditions such as competencies, experience, age, and other factors. Furthermore, I discuss the system of values and the importance of its alignment with the values of the company, the industry, and the role, which will help you avoid entering into clearly unfavorable or unsuitable environments.

BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS IN DEVELOPING AN INTERNATIONAL CAREER
Frankly speaking, this book won't automatically craft a successful career for you or provide a one-size-fits-all solution for all life's challenges. Instead, it offers something more valuable—it will empower you to actively engage with your career journey, explore diverse pathways, establish priorities, and develop a forward-thinking career plan that aligns with your interests. Instead of a traditional career ladder, the book presents a series of sinusoidal career opportunities, reflecting the rapid changes in our world and technology. Careers may rise and fall as new professions emerge and others fade. This dynamic represents the very nature of choice and freedom. And if one path doesn’t suit you, there’s always the freedom to choose another.
THREE FACTORS
INFLUENCED MY DECISION
TO WRITE THIS BOOK.
Firstly, throughout numerous career discussions and professional encounters, I noticed a common need among people to make sense of their careers, to broaden their perspectives, and to explore possibilities. Many individuals, even highly successful ones, tend to think narrowly about their careers—taking only one step forward and rarely considering the full spectrum of their potential.

Secondly, over the course of my professional journey, I realized that I have valuable insights to share and structured guidance to offer to others. I developed a framework for breaking through career barriers and improving one's life.

Lastly, NOW is an opportune time for significant career decisions. We find ourselves in a unique situation where workplaces comprise representatives from four generations—spanning from baby boomers to Generation Z—each with vastly different approaches to career development. This presents an opportunity for individuals to reassess their professional paths and discover a broader range of options for successful self-actualization.
THIS BOOK IS ABOUT BREAKING DOWN BOUNDARIES IN PROFESSIONAL LIFE TO MAXIMIZE ONE'S POTENTIAL. I HOPE THIS BOOK WILL HELP READERS BUILD A FLEXIBLE AND ROBUST CONCEPT OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL LIFE, WHERE THE ONLY MEANINGFUL BOUNDARIES ARE THOSE THEY DEFINE FOR THEMSELVES!
